ServiceNow Associate Consultants up to Principal Consultants- (multiple positions) 


Key Skills and Experience:

  • Depending on the role you are seeking, 3 to 12+ years’ experience in the Industry
  • IT service management solution implementation experience, with hands-on development, design and deployment experience in the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert in ServiceNow foundations such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog), Flow Designer, Virtual Agent (VA), Integration Hub (IH) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS,JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.)
  • Development experience for a variety of clients across a wide range of applications, developing tailored solutions that adhere to best practices.
  • Experience in ServiceNow platform in developing Business rules, Client Scripts,UI Actions, UI Macros, CMS Pages, Notification events and Service Portal
  • Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items through one-on-one sessions or small group workshops.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot to demonstrate technical and professional skill sets.
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification / Implementation Specialist Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Desirable: Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow Specialisations is

highly desirable.

  • Integrated Risk Management (IRM) - inclusive of Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Security Operations (SecOps) - inclusive of Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
  • Now Platform AppEngine - Store Apps Development - Build with No Code or Pro Code
  • Service Portal UX - User Experience
  • IT Business Management (ITBM) - Project Portfolio, Application Portfolio, Agile Development, Demand, Resource, Test & Finance Management
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Visibility (Discovery and Service Mapping), Health (Event Mgmt and HLA) / Predictive AIOps and Optimization (Cloud Provisioning and Governance)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM) - inclusive of Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Integrated HR Service Delivery (HRSD) - HR Management
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)


These are Service Now hands-on, technical and solution consulting roles involving a high degree of software development skills, business analysis and ServiceNow system analysis skills.
