The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Selenium. As a Test Lead, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our ServiceNow platform is tested and validated to meet business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform automated and manual testing of ServiceNow requirements and Develop and execute regression tests to ensure the stability of the platform & product.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Manage the testing team and provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure the highest levels of quality.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot defects and issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that ServiceNow platform meets user requirements.
- Develop and maintain test metrics and reports for project stakeholders.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior testers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
