The opportunity; 

We are seeking a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence and pipeline generation efforts across ANZ and global markets. 

 

You will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition – especially across digital and social channels. Working closely with the leadership, sales, and product teams, you will bring strategic insight and creative execution to our fast-growing business. 

 

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment and enjoys the freedom to make things happen. 

 

What you will be doing; 

- Own and drive the company’s digital marketing strategy, including content marketing, SEO, paid media, email automation, and analytics 

- Build and manage targeted multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team 

- Create and manage compelling content (blogs, case studies, infographics, thought leadership pieces, landing pages) to drive awareness and demand 

- Develop and maintain our social media strategy, including LinkedIn campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) 

- Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and industry engagements to amplify our presence 

- Support product launches and key announcements with digital campaigns and customer communications 

- Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and customer journey 

- Continuously test and optimise campaigns through analytics and A/B testing 

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to inform marketing strategies 

 

What you will bring; 

  • - 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS industries 

  • - Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • - Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising

  • - Exceptional communication skills to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences

  • - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and campaign optimization

  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for technology
